Tae Kwon Do

What is Tae Kwon Do?

Tae Kwon Do is a Korean unarmed Martial Art. It is not only kicking and punching, but also a way of thinking and living. The main goal of Tae Kwon Do is to achieve total mind and body control through training.

How can Tae Kwon Do help me?

You as a student will develop character, sincerity, effort, self-control, coordination, speed, strength, agility, develop a system of defense unequal to any other training, develop better bodies and figures.

How long does it take?

Tae Kwon Do is an individual sport to be studied at your own pace of learning. Each lesson helps to improve your confidence in your own ability to master each technique. In two months of serious study, you will have a new concept of self defense and possibly be ready to test for the rank of yellow belt.

Who can learn?

Anyone: men, women, children from ages 3 to 70 year old. All classes under the personal supervision of Kwang J. Lee, 9th Dan Black Belt - Grandmaster in Combat and Master Instructor.
